Our marvellous mousse cakes should be kept chilled and allowed to soften for one to two hours at room temperature before serving. To order, call 250-338-8211.
Chocolate Mousse Cake – Rich and light Belgian chocolate mousse on a layer of chocolate cake, glazed with dark chocolate ganache.
Chocolate Truffle Cake– Dense Belgian chocolate pâté on a flourless cake base, served with raspberry coulis. * Wheat & gluten free.
Seasonal Marvellous Mousse Cakes
Grand Marnier Mousse –
Chocolate and vanilla cake layered with Grand Marnier and chocolate orange mousse, covered in our rich chocolate ganache. Available throughout the month of December.
Chocolate Mint Mousse –
A decadent light delight with layers of dark Belgium chocolate and refreshing mint white chocolate mousse, covered in our beautiful dark chocolate ganache. Available in 4" (serves 2 to 4) & 6" only, during the month of December.
All of our cakes are available in three sizes: 6” (serves 6 to 8); 9” (serves 10-14); Special order for 12” cakes and larger sheet cakes .
